Criteria for the Award
The following prerequisites must be met on the kununu employer profile to quality as a company for the Top Company Seal of Approval 2023:
- At least six ratings from employees since the profile has been in existence. Ratings from applicants do not count.
- A minimum score of 3.8 stars, both overall as well as for the ratings from employees.
- The rating score from employees must be at least 3.8 stars in the last 12 months.
- A minimum of two new ratings in the last 12 months. An updated rating does not count as a new rating here.
