Daycare
Vector supports you in the reliable care of your child (aged 0.5 to 6 years) in our own KiTa Wilde Wiese in Stuttgart and with places in Karlsruhe.
Childcare
So that you as a parent can also work in a relaxed manner during school breaks, a reliable childcare service is available for employees' children, including a childcare allowance.
Workation
While the facilities in our offices are above average, sometimes you may want to spend time in even nicer places. Why not simply combine your vacation with work? You can currently choose between 39 countries for workation lasting up to 28 days per year. Just submit a quick application and off you go.
Vacation+
Sometimes you might have big plans and need more than 30 vacation days. You may take up to 10 additional days of unpaid leave per calendar year without giving a reason. It doesn't matter if it’s for a trip around the world, taking care of loved ones or whatever other plans you may have.
Sabbatical
Big plans? Old dreams? Long break? Well, then just go do it. Take a sabbatical. Use between 4 and 24 months of free space for what's important to you.
Early retirement
Had enough? Then shorten the time to retirement. You can finance your well-deserved early retirement flexibly and individually yourself. To do this, simply convert salary components, vacation pay, bonuses, overtime or vacation days.

Health is the be-all and end-all for a high quality of life. We create an appropriate working environment for this. Salary
An attractive package comprising a proper salary, vacation and Christmas bonuses plus a performance bonus ensures fair compensation. Free drinks, a generous allowance for the cafeteria or meal vouchers and much more may not appear on your pay slip, but they reduce your monthly expenses.
Overtime compensation
Should you accrue any overtime, you can choose between different options: take it as floating days or have it paid out. The latter is particularly compensated for with a 25 % bonus. Or you can transfer the hours to your early retirement account.
Retirement provisions
With a supplementary pension, Vector provides financial relief in your retirement. A contribution flows into your basic account each year via the pension plan, including interest.
Communication
Every eight weeks we meet for a “company meeting”: Here, the management reports in detail and transparently on current topics. Regular departmental and team meetings are also part of our work, as are colloquia or the annual survey for all employees, in which you can leave your personal feedback.
