Following the Path to Success While Still at School
Are you still at school, and are you particularly interested in commercial or IT topics? Then why not do your apprenticeship, a dual study program, or your student internship at Vector? With us, you’ll find out what really suits you and what you enjoy doing professionally. The cool thing about it is that you’ll be one of us, free to contribute your talents, from day one.

Dual Study Program: Combining Theory and Practice With Vector
So, you want to study and would like to have a stronger practical orientation? Vector offers you the following options:
- The dual study program at our Regensburg office offers you the combination of a practice-oriented apprenticeship and a bachelor’s degree at the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Regensburg.
- In the study program with in-depth practical experience, you will study at the Karlsruhe, Esslingen, Heilbronn or Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences in the bachelor's degree program in computer science or a comparable program. During your practical phases (semester breaks, practical semester and bachelor's thesis), you will gain valuable practical experience at our locations in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.

School Student Internship at Vector: Discover New Horizons
Get a real feeling for Vector while you’re still at school and gain an insight into current projects: During a school student internship (e.g. in the context of the BORS/BOGY career orientation programs) you’ll become part of a team and get to know a specific area or a selected department in more detail.

Full immersion in the Vector world and a chance to see what our everyday work is like. In the process, you’ll be introduced to some instructive topics and gain initial experience of IT, customer support, or embedded systems.
Curiosity and the willingness to learn about IT themes are basic requirements for a successful internship with us.
Learning by doing. Learning - never chalk-and-talk, always collegial and supportive. Plan your career. In collaboration with us.
At our offices in Stuttgart, Regensburg, and Karlsruhe.
Then go ahead and apply with your complete documents (letter of motivation, resume, and most recent school report) via our unsolicited application form. Please state in your cover letter which programming languages you already know, whether you already have experience of Microsoft Office products, and which tasks you’re interested in (e.g. software development with C#, C++, Java, system administration, customer support or hardware-related activities).
