Openness and fairness are important values in our corporate culture, which is why we are very sensitive to feedback of any kind. We look carefully at every evaluation, whether it is submitted as part of the annual internal employee survey, on kununu or on other portals. After all, we want to continuously improve and provide employees with an individually very attractive working environment. We must be doing very well, because our score on kununu is excellent.
Great Place to Work
Since 2005, we have regularly been compared to other outstanding employers in Germany. In 2025, our employees once again said in the anonymous and independently conducted survey: Vector is a “Great Place to Work.”
As part of the "Germany's Best Employers 2025" competition, Vector was awarded 1nd place in the category of “Employers with 2,001 to 5,000 employees” for its exceptionally employee-friendly working environment. Vector came in 2nd place in the information and communication technologies sector.
In selecting winners for the award, the Great-Place-to-Work-Institute evaluates the topics of team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect, identification and trust in managers based on a representative employee survey. Vector’s workforce confirmed that there is a particularly good corporate culture and motivating environment.
In the additional culture audit, which is a management survey, the focus is on measures to create an attractive workplace culture. Here, as part of an industry comparison, Vector scored “Excellent” in the fields of listening, providing information, work-life balance, health, development, team spirit, compensation and social commitment, among others.
