Our Top Graduate Program: Tailor-Made for Your Success
The elite graduate program is a tailor-made trainee program designed to accelerate the speed of your induction into our company. Fascination, drive, and the enjoyment of complex technical tasks are your best qualifications for hitting the ground running with us.
Within 18 - 24 months, you’ll be working on challenging technical tasks and strategic projects. With changing assignments at home and abroad in our development departments, research or business development, you’ll build up your knowledge and network.
Your Individual Entry
You’ll be working with your personal coach from the management to develop your individual roadmap. This will start in your home department for tool, embedded, or hardware development. This is where the warm up takes place. You’ll get to know your product line, work on strategic projects, and get ready for the following high-speed phase: Once there, you’ll pick up speed and rotate through up to four different functional areas. In these areas you’ll be working on current products, projects and issues and will be right at the heart of things when it comes to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. You’ll also have the option of international work to strengthen your intercultural skills.
Together with other top graduates, you’ll take part in regular training sessions. Here you’ill expand your knowledge of current development methods, sharpen your key skills and be optimally networked with the other trainees. You’ll also regularly reflect on your progress with the help of an experienced mentor. In the process, you’ll benefit from the experience of your colleagues in the management expert group. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be well prepared to start your career at Vector as a software or hardware developer - in a technical or management career.
