Put what you’ve learned directly into practice - with direct entry into Vector. We’ll offer you a lot of opportunities to quickly take on responsibility. However, you won't just be thrown in at the deep end. You’ll have a mentor at your side who will give you targeted support during your induction. To enable you to develop personally and professionally as a new Vectorian, you’ll be given an individual induction program. And, as another big plus point, we’ll plan further training measures tailored to your needs.

The elite graduate program is a tailor-made trainee program designed to accelerate the speed of your induction into our company. Fascination, drive, and the enjoyment of complex technical tasks are your best qualifications for hitting the ground running with us.
Within 18 - 24 months, you’ll be working on challenging technical tasks and strategic projects. With changing assignments at home and abroad in our development departments, research or business development, you’ll build up your knowledge and network.
