To help you quickly find your feet in your day-to-day work as a new employee, we have a number of measures in place to make your start easier. In addition to introductory events, product and basic training, you will also become familiar with all departments. During this time, your mentor is your first point of contact: Your mentor will help orient you with a customized starter program. You'll get to know the company structure and processes just as quickly as your new colleagues and supervisor.

What you can expect:
- Moving made easy: Vector supports you in your search for housing with a relocation allowance of up to EUR 2,000.
- Getting off to a good start on the first day at Vector: Guaranteed. Who are we? What do we do? How do we support you specifically? You'll learn all about this at the welcome event and introductory program.
- As a new Vectorian, you will receive a personal and professional checklist for your first steps at Vector. What is important during induction? Who are the right people to contact? What information can I find and where?
- Each Vectorian starts with a mentor. Your mentor will be there for you during your individual induction: To listen, encourage, advise, anticipate, practice, assist – professionally and personally. Your goal: Fast and supervised assumption of your own responsibility.
- We don't manage from an ivory tower – we prefer to invite people to talk. During the first few weeks, you will be invited to a personal interview with the managing directors. This way, you can exchange ideas as equals and learn more about the company's success story first-hand.
- Vector will not only support you from the beginning, but will continue to guide you via three- and six-month meetings. Now your future at Vector gets rolling.
- Are you starting out as a manager? Here, we will accompany you in an extensive development program so that you can take off with your team.
