Fifth Place in Golem’s ‘Top It Employer 2025’ Ranking
In a major survey, Golem.de identified the best IT employers for 2025. A total of 13,581 people took part in the survey in June and 3,018 respondents were included in the final evaluation. 59 IT employers achieved the highest index values and received recognition.
Vector achieved an outstanding fifth place in the overall ranking and scored even better in some of the individual categories:
- 🥇 First place for ‘Salary and employer performance’
- 🏅 Fourth place for ‘Health, health-related framework conditions’, ‘Social and societal responsibility’, ‘Employee satisfaction and loyalty’
- 🏅 Fifth place for ‘Work equipment’
It is always gratifying to receive external confirmation that we are a highly attractive employer. In other words: We are delighted with the positive feedback we have received from our employees. 😊 We have also received praise from kununu and Great Place to Work.
Top IT Employer for 2025
Established as an independent source of information in the technology and IT sector, Golem.de surveyed its readers for the fourth time. For qualitative reasons, only evaluations from people who were actively employed by the respective employer at the time of the survey were taken into account. The evaluations did not include the opinions of former employees, assessments by third parties or people not involved in IT, nor survey results from previous years. All results, rankings and awards are consequently based on current, first-hand company evaluations.
The evaluation was based on 58 individual evaluation criteria covering all areas relevant to employer attractiveness.
