Most Wanted Employer 2024 – Vector Ranked Number 6 in IT Category
Vector is extremely popular – even with its own employees! So popular, in fact, that we have been named “Most Wanted Employer 2024.” Being ranked number 32 from more than 280,000 kununu employer profiles is something we take pride in and are grateful for.
In the industry ranking in the IT category, we did even better, achieving place 6.
To put this in perspective, this means that Vector is one of the 0.01% most popular employers in Germany, with 99.99% of employers achieving lower scores.
The ranking was initiated by the ZEIT publishing group and kununu with the aim of finding Germany’s most popular employers. Roughly 1,530 employers out of the 280,000 kununu profiles met the selection criteria:
- German kununu employer profile
- A score of at least 3.5 stars (out of 5) on kununu.com
- A recommendation rate of at least 70 percent
- At least 80 employee ratings, and at least 8 from the last 12 months
- A minimum employer rating of 3.5—both overall and for the average rating from the last 12 months
The 1,200 most popular employers were then selected from these 1,530. This was done on the basis of weighting especially important individual criteria in order to calculate an overall score as a basis for the final ranking:
- Recommendation rate (weighting: 4)
- Employee rating score from the last 12 months (weighting: 4)
- Number of employee ratings from the last 12 months (weighting: 2)
All 1,200 employers who made it to the final ranking achieved a score of more than four stars.
