Stuttgart’s Best Employer – Vector in First Place in the kununu Ranking
Based on the kununu evaluations of current and former employees, Vector was chosen as Stuttgart’s best employer of 2022 in the category of large-scale enterprises – with 4.64 out of 5 possible stars.
Wow. We are tremendously excited about this award because it is based on the honest feedback of Vectorians. We wish to sincerely thank everyone who participated. After reaching 1st place in the “Germany’s Best Employer 2021” competition, Vector’s workplace quality was also being awarded this year.
Openness and fairness are important values in our corporate culture, which is why our keen intuition is very sensitive to any type of feedback. We look carefully at every review, regardless of whether it is issued as part of the annual internal employee survey or at kununu. After all, we wish to continuously improve and give employees a working environment that is very attractive for them individually, and we have succeeded in doing so – see for yourself.
Here are some background information on the ranking: According to kununu, employees not only appreciate Vector’s pleasant work environment and diversity, but also the salary. This can be seen in the salary satisfaction, since 89 percent of the Vectorians rate their salary on kununu as good or very good. Furthermore, Vector offers some attractive benefits. All this contributes to a modern corporate culture that ranks 15 percent above the industry average.
But another company was awarded in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf: Finkbeiner Kantinen Gmbh & Co KG. managed to achieve 3rd place among small and medium-sized businesses. Not only is the cooking excellent in our canteen but it also has an excellent work atmosphere. Congratulations!
How were Stuttgart’s best Employers determined?
Stuttgart’s best employees of 2022 were determined based on employee reviews from all occupational groups and career levels for more than one million companies on kununu.com. In order to be included in the ranking, the companies need to fulfill certain criteria:
- Only reviews of employees in the ranking are included (no evaluations from applicants and apprentices).
- The company’s headquarters must be located in Stuttgart
- Only companies with at least 25 published/active ratings over the past five years are considered (September 5, 2017 to September 5, 2022)
- Of these reviews, at least one of them may not be older than six months.
- If the score is the same, the ranking is performed according to the third decimal place.
- The human resources department was excluded as well as media companies and firms belonging to the Burda corporation.
Based on these criteria, individual scores of this ranking may differ from the actual overall scores on the company profile. All information on average salaries and additional information are dated from September 7, 2022. There may be slight differences in the information on the profiles, since the data on the profiles is updated on an ongoing basis.
