Vector Celebrates
Community is often brought about, called for, and championed. A true community is created and persists, however, above all through a “spirit of togetherness”: by doing things together, being committed to a cause, emphasizing we rather than I. That often works quite well when times are good, but when they get tough it becomes a challenge. Take for example, having to survive a pandemic together. Having to sacrifice many ordinary things. Having to basically live separated from each other for two years. Having to be successful together despite all of this.
Most people at Vector would probably say, we managed to do a pretty good job with all of this. And think, it would be wonderful to celebrate together once again. Supposedly, there are even colleagues who’ve only ever heard of the legendary Christmas parties and summer parties up until now, questioning whether Vector really has party blood in its DNA?
Well, after last Friday, I’m sure everyone who was there will gladly confirm that we haven't forgotten how to party: 1,300 employees came out to catch up, laugh, eat, drink, dance, and make plans at the Vector After-Work Quiz Party 2022, and made the party yet again another unforgettable event in the long tradition of Vector celebrations. May many more follow!
