Third Place in Golem’s Ranking of IT Employers
Vector is delighted to announce that it has once again been confirmed to be a highly attractive employer. This news certainly doesn’t come as a surprise, as it is not the first award the company has won (see Great Place to Work or kununu Top Company). But it’s always nice to receive positive feedback from your own employees. The comparison between Vector and other employers is exciting too.
Top IT Employer for 2024
Golem.de identified the best employers for IT specialists in a major survey. 13,700 respondents took part in the survey held between June 4 and July 25, 2023, and around 4,500 were included in the final evaluation.
Vector came in third place in the overall ranking, and performed even better in some of the individual categories:
- 🏆 Third place in the overall ranking
- 🥇 First place in the “Salary and employer benefits” category (in this case, beating some well-known large corporations with collective bargaining agreements)
- 🥈 Second place in the “Career prospects and further training” category
- 🥈 Second place in the “Employee satisfaction and loyalty” category
Golem’s statement read: “Stuttgart-based Vector Informatik, which develops automotive electronics, came in third place. It scored 9.80 points. In addition to a high level of overall satisfaction with the image, leadership, collaborative teamwork and working conditions, respondents particularly emphasized the security of their workplace. The induction and onboarding processes, employer benefits such as special payments, additional benefits and sabbaticals, not to mention health management offers and the promotion of work-life balance, were also rated very highly.”
